When I had some trouble with my car following some repair/maintenance services, they sent a technician to my home to get the codes and to address the issue! I have never had any other business that deals with cars make this kind of effort! Wow! They went above and beyond to ensure my safety and satisfaction. I'm so grateful for their kindness and service!
We were in Little Falls on Christmas Eve visiting my wife's family. When we went to our car around noon we noticed that one of the tires was flat. Heartland got us right in even though they were technically closed and repaired the flat. If they wouldn't have helped us we would have needed to stay an extra day. We sincerely appreciate their willingness to stay open and help us. I highly recommend Heartland to anyone who needs car assistance. They are outstanding!

This was my first visit to Heartland Tire Ramsey. My Terrian’s tire pressure sensor light kept coming on so I stopped in to ask for their assistance! I was so impressed with Jon the Asst. Mgr and Dave with them taking care of me that decided to have my oil changed! They told me my car is in excellent condition and did recommend a standard fuel Line flush.
