After just having experienced a flat tire, I stopped into Heartland Tire at 5:30 asking for help. Jared was the first person to assist and he was great! He carried in my tire, fixed it, put it back on and brought my car around to the front door...letting me know along the way what was happening. I appreciated the communication, attentive service and quick response when I needed it. All at the end of the day with energy like he was just starting the day! Thank you, Jared! Well done!
I have been to many tire shops, and I have yet to find one that can perform a proper dynamic lug nut torque. Either the torque wrenches are severely in need of calibration, lack of knowledge on proper tool use or lack of pride in the work being performed. Not sure which one it is.
