I was a customer of Galaxy before the shop became Heartland because they did good work in general but especially they diagnosed an issue within 30 minutes and confirmed it shortly afterwards. Another shop had charged me about $1000 and had it a week, getting it totally wrong and requiring it to be towed. Mike and the team @ Heartland have been continuing the great work, even on cars that other shops won't touch (older than some of the mechanics). They tell you the issues and options, then do what you want and do it completely. I trust them to tell me the truth and not try to pad jobs with unnecessary items. Mike is willing to listen to what the customer thinks and will let you know what his knowledge indicates to work with yours.

We have been customers for several years. We always receive excellent service and support. The staff makes great efforts to meet all our vehicle needs and scheduling. The staff are very customer oriented and friendly.
Once again this dealer has exceeded our expectations. Tire purchases, oil changes tire rotations have been good experiences in the past. This time my Wife's car developed a slow leak in a tire. She needed her car for the day and called Heartland. They were booked up for the day and unsure if they could get the job done while she waited. She was very pleased when they offered a loaner car for the day. As it turned out an appointment cancellation came up and they were able to squeeze her in after all. But it was wonderful to deal with a business that really cared about it's customers and found ways to fill our needs. Thank you for the great service and we will continue to let friends and family know of your great dealership.
