This was my first visit to Heartland Tire Ramsey. My Terrian’s tire pressure sensor light kept coming on so I stopped in to ask for their assistance! I was so impressed with Jon the Asst. Mgr and Dave with them taking care of me that decided to have my oil changed! They told me my car is in excellent condition and did recommend a standard fuel Line flush. I’m a single woman and I really appreciate how they explained everything to me and I will recommend all my friends and family to them!! Thank you!! Happy Thanksgiving!!
Best place in town. Hands down. Great service. Great people. They get you taking care of. They noticed my brakes needed to be replaced. Got me in the same day. Thats what I call service Ya'll. I started bringing all my vehicles there. Gives me piece of mind knowing my vehicles are safe after they inspect it. They really make it easy. Great work!!
As usual, your shop did an excellent job on my Chevy Equinox. You also replaced a filter and cabin filter. I'll be back the next time one of my cars needs work.
I was a customer of Galaxy before the shop became Heartland because they did good work in general but especially they diagnosed an issue within 30 minutes and confirmed it shortly afterwards. Another shop had charged me about $1000 and had it a week, getting it totally wrong and requiring it to be towed. Mike and the team @ Heartland have been continuing the great work, even on cars that other shops won't touch (older than some of the mechanics). They tell you the issues and options, then do what you want and do it completely. I trust them to tell me the truth and not try to pad jobs with unnecessary items. Mike is willing to listen to what the customer thinks and will let you know what his knowledge indicates to work with yours.
